Our collaboration with DesignEssentials involved the seamless transition of their online store to Shopify Plus, replacing their previous platform. The brand’s initial venture into the Shopify experience began in Poland, which proved to be a resounding success. Technical Solution

We incorporated the key elements specified by the client into the Top Culture website, utilizing PSD designs. The implementation encompassed various notable functionalities, including the integration of an Instagram feed, a ‘Shop the Look’ feature, and a comprehensive notifications system.

Planning and Designing

DesignEssentials decided to switch to Shopify because their old online system was slowing down their work in different markets. They wanted more freedom and flexibility, which Shopify offered.

Adapting their current technology, especially integrating the Cegid ERP system, was tough during the transition. Making online and offline sales work together, like with the click-and-collect service, was also a big challenge.

Moving a lot of important data, like product details, orders, and customer information, was a crucial part of the whole process.

Conclusions

In our collaboration with DesignEssentials, we successfully finalized the project within the designated 25-day timeframe, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient performance. Our ongoing priority lies in enhancing their marketing strategies to foster natural growth within the competitive cosmetics industry.
